You may need help at some point in this process. If you are experiencing problems with your terminal program or are unfamiliar with how to use it, please consult your software manual or contact that program's customer support number. SkyPoint can not help you with problems with your terminal software. Check the Troubleshooting page on this site for advice on common problems in getting connected.

SkyPoint Support can not answer questions regarding hardware problems or software problems with individual Internet software packages. Because of the huge number of packages available, the Support Representatives of each company are best suited to answer questions regarding the software. If a SkyPoint Representative asks you to call a software company directly, it is because that company's Representatives can answer a question more quickly and accurately, and can work directly with you to troubleshoot and solve the problem.
